Description

Offers a wide variety of services. Services may include: - 24-hour skilled nursing services - Assistance with dressing and grooming - Inpatient and outpatient therapy services. Therapy services available on a public and outpatient basis and services include physical, respiratory, occupational, and speech therapy. - Long-term care, community rehabilitation, and short-term care with return to home - Medication administration - Three meals a day, laundry services, social activities, and weekly church service onsite
