PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives) - Elder Network - Southeast Minnesota
Community-based treatment program designed to reduce symptoms of depression and improve quality of life. The program consists of 6-8 in-home counseling sessions that focus on the following goals: - Becoming socially and physically active - Scheduling enjoyable activities - Solving problems
