Jump Start to the New You - Family Values for Life

Workshop that teach essential life skills to women. Provides empowerment for women of all ages to be mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and financially equipped. 34 workshops are offered throughout the course of the school year, and include a variety of topics such as image and personal development, nutrition, financial literacy and stability, and spiritual empowerment. Program activities include: - Certificates of completion and other awards - Free meals for participants - Mother's Day family event - Post holiday tea - Professional workshops - Supervision, activities, and homework help for children of participants - Thanksgiving baskets and Christmas gifts for participants
