Medicare Savings Programs have four sub-programs with specific rules for qualifying: - Qualified Medicare Beneficiaries: Helps pay all Medicare costs - Service Limited Medicare Beneficiaries: Pays Part B premium only - Qualified Working Disabled Individuals: Pays Part A premium only - Qualified Individuals: Pays Part B premium only
