Application Process
Building permits are required for all new construction and most remodeling, alteration and repair work. Chisago County Environmental Services enforces the building code in all townships of Chisago County, except Lent, and in the cities of Rush City and Center City. Owner or representative of a project must notify the office when a project is ready for inspection.
