Drop-In Center and Outreach - Move Forward

Provides a safe and supportive drop-in center for youth offering basic health care needs, long-term housing referrals, and help finding a job. Services include: - A meal - Case management - Connection to talk with a caring and trusting adult - Help with resources for food, housing, employment, and obtaining social security cards, state IDs, and birth certificates - Mental health support - Youth Outreach Services: Offers an outreach team that connects with youth ages 12 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness to help them access the support they need to stay safe and get back on their feet in school, home, or in the community

Services include free school and community-based mental health and case management services, drop-in center, school and street outreach, and scattered-site transitional living.
