Hennepin County residents 18 years of age or older; be able and willing to work a full time job; have household income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
Application packet and required documentation
8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday

- Download and complete application packet, including required documentation - Submit completed application packet with required documentation by email or drop off completed application packet with required documentation in an envelope labeled 'Employment Readiness' in the drop box at CAPHC's main office in Brooklyn Park

Provides income-eligible Hennepin County residents in attaining living-wage jobs and removing employment barriers. The program includes resume support, interview readiness training, finding job leads, and maintaining employment.
