Also considers all applications for zoning variances. - Public Works: Operates and maintains the water and sewer system throughout the city, maintains the park and trail system, and performs street upkeep and repair, including snow removal in the winter. ?- Utility Services: Provides water, sewer, refuse, and single-sort recycling services.
