Provides Independent Living and Skills Training (ILS) to adults and youth living with a disability the opportunity to make appropriate choices and learn the skills to assist them in improving independence. Services may include: - Independent/Small Group Training Sessions: Training sessions can take place in the consumer's home, in the community, or at an Independent Living Center - Needs assessments
