Eligibility
Elderly, convalescing, or homebound residents of the cities of Winona or Goodview who are unable to prepare adequate meals for themselves. They must agree to be home between 10:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. on the days they are scheduled to receive meals.

Interpretation services
No interpreters on-site, but services can be arranged through Project FINE.
Application process
Self-pay clients may sign up over the phone; clients that are not self-pay must be referred by Winona County Community Services
Fees
$6.25/meal and $.50 for milk (clients approved by a wavier may receive meals/milk at no charge or with just a spend-down)

Hot meal delivered to client's home at lunchtime. There are no late afternoon meals. Special diets cannot be accommodated but diabetic desserts are available.
