Section 8 Home Ownership- Allows the Housing Choice Voucher subsidy to be applied toward monthly mortgage payments instead of rent- Available to eligible Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants- Participants must meet program requirements, including income, employment, and home inspection standardsFirst-Time Homebuyer Program- Available to eligible first-time homebuyers who have not owned a home within the past three years- Must meet income guidelines- Minimum required credit score: 640- Offers loans to qualifying first-time homebuyersHomes and Lots for Sale- Availability, locations, and income requirements vary by project- Information about homes and lots available for purchase- May partner with local communities on housing development projects where homes or lots become available for purchase
