- Monday - Friday: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 8 am - 9 pm
- Weekends and the following holidays, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 1 pm - 9 pm
