Clinic mission is to improve the health of the community by providing access to primary health care, connections to resources, and promoting health education to uninsured, low-income individuals in Goodhue County and Lake City.

Clinic provides free medical, dental, and mental health services, a Hispanic Family Therapy program, and medication assistance that is open to the entire community regardless of income or residency.
