- Rehabilitation: Skilled Nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapies as ordered by a physician, and provides assistance to seniors recovering from surgeries, illnesses, accidents, and orthopedic procedures - Skilled Nursing: 24 hours/ 7 days a week care, meals, medication monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming services, laundry, spiritual care, and chapel - Special Care Unit: Short term rehabilitation services for patients experiencing delirium, as well as transitional care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and/or discharge planning
