Provides mental health services for children in need. Services include: - Case management for families to assess children's mental health needs, develop an individual family community support plan, and help children and families receive the services they need - Liaison between families and Anoka County schools, informing staff and families of services available in the community - Text crisis line NOTE: Crisis response and intervention services are provided by Canvas Health - Mobile Crisis Response to children and families who are dealing with an immediate behavioral health crisis
