Nexus-Kindred Family Healing is a statewide, private, non-profit child-placing agency licensed by the State of Minnesota that works to change the course of children's lives by stabilizing families and strengthening mental health. The organizational goal is to help youth and families achieve and maintain safety, permanency, and well-being. Provides outpatient therapy, residential treatment, and foster care to help children, families, and individuals struggling with emotional and behavioral health issues.
