• Landfill: Call to arrange for pick-up. Residents will be charged for item or load and pay for use of truck and man to haul load to landfill. April is clean-up month and at that time the resident will only be charged for the load and not for the use of the truck and man to haul the load to landfill. There may be a minimum charge fee.

• Snow removal: Call the city office to be put on the list for this service

• Zoning Permits: Permit is required for all types of improvements to the home. Types of work included are siding, shingling, windows, sidewalks, fences, sheds, garages, new construction, and more.

• Utility services such as water, sewer, and garbage
