Serves clients with both the greatest and least need for support by offering five programs, each with its own focus and expertise:
  • Group I - Personal Care and Development: This program primarily serves individuals who are medically fragile and for whom paid work holds no interest. The emphasis is on physical well being, use of adaptive equipment and community integration opportunities.
  • Group II - Advanced Personal Care and Development: This program primarly services individuals for whom paid work could be explored. The emphasis is on physical well being, use of adaptive equipment, and community integration opportunities including volunteer work and paid work offered.
  • Group III - Vocational Skill Training and Personal Development: This program serves individuals who want an introduction to paid work through vocational skill training and paid work opportunities. Additional skill classes, community integration and recreational activities are also an integral part of the program.
  • Group IV - Center Based Work and Vocational Skill Training: This program offers paid work as well as skill training to help individuals develop and maintain basic work skills. Additional skill classes and community integration opportunities are also offered.
  • Group V - Center and Community Based Work and Vocational Skill Training: Focus is on paid work in the center and in the community along with higher level skill training to develop and maintain basic work skills. Higher level classes are offered to develop interpersonal, communication, recreational/leisure skills.
