Single-Family Housing Program - United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development
Provides loans, loan guarantees, and grants to individuals and families in order to buy, build, or repair affordable homes located in rural Minnesota. Eligibility for the loans and grants are based on income and varies according to the average median income for each area. The Single-Family Housing Program includes: - Non-profit entities to provide new homes or repair homes - Purchasing or building a new single-family home with no money down for homebuyers - Refinancing the current mortgage under certain qualifying circumstances - Repairing the current home for homeowners
