Mental Health Employment Services - Functional Industries - Central Minnesota

Community-based adult mental health program that assists individuals with a mental illness to find and keep a job. Participants work with a team of professionals to maximize the possibility of employment success including managing symptoms that may interfere with employment, assessing long-term and short-term goals, and ensuring support on a regular basis. The program follows the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of supported employment for people living with serious mental illness or serious and persistent mental illness.
