Supportive Housing Programs - West Central Minnesota Communities Action

Provides a wide array of supportive housing programs for households that are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Housing assistance is paired with supportive services to ensure that households are able to overcome their personal barriers to maintaining housing stability. All housing programs are based on program openings, eligibility, and funding. Funding comes from a variety of sources, including the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program - FHPAP as well as others.
