The Zoning Ordinance is the principal tool used to regulate land uses and development standards. Produces maps, development lists, reports, and presentations for the public. - Economic Development Authority - Election - Finance Department: Coordination and planning of all city financial information including annual budget and tax levy. Processes accounts receivable, accounts payable, and utility billing - License and Permit: Includes animal, firework, liquor, mobile food unit, peddler/merchant, sign, and special event permit - Parks and Recreation: Includes a variety of parks and trails. The Clearing features an interactive water feature and an all inclusive playground. - Planning and zoning - Public works: Includes maintenance of all public parks, properties, and facilities, sanitary sewer services, street repairs and sweeping, snow removal, storm drainage system, and water supply. Also offers recycling and garbage information - Sauk Rapids Compost Site: Compost Site located 1 1/4 miles North of Golden Spike Road on County Road 57.
