Provides educational and support services for young children with identified needs through a cooperative venture between Goodhue County Human Services and Red Wing Public Schools. Early childhood teachers conduct developmental screenings and help families explore appropriate program options. Services may include: - Assistance for families in accessing other programs - Early childhood home visits - Parent/child classes - Play groups - Preschool programs - Speech/language services
