Description

Provides a home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, no matter what level of care they require. Services include: - Faith Residence Apartments: Offers independent living for individuals 18-62 years living with disabilities in 1-2 bedroom apartments; tenants must meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income requirements. - Hope Residence: Offers services and support using person-centered care, which includes nursing onsite 16 hours a day, assistance with daily activities, and community activities.
