- All of Center City, Chisago City, Columbus Township, Forest Lake, Lindstrom, Lino Lakes, Linwood Township, May Township, New Scandia Township, Shafer, Taylor Falls, and Wyoming
- Parts of East Bethel, Ham Lake, Hugo, Marine-on-Saint Croix, Stacy, and Wyoming Township

Program Fees
- No Fee
- Provides financial assistance for emergencies including rent payment, prescription expenses, electricity service payment, heating fuel service payment, gas service payment, and water service payment. Financial assistance may also help pay for household goods and clothing through the thrift store.
- Might assist with mortgage if found eligible during intake interview
