- Provides a standardized intake for people that are homeless or at risk of being homeless due to eviction notice within 2 weeks.
- Provides homeless families with services and housing by creating quicker linkages to programs and matching families' needs to providers' strengths.
- Simplifies the roles of providers, shortens the path back to permanent housing for homeless families, and fosters a sense of system-wide responsibility to place every homeless family, regardless of the complexity of their problems, into permanent housing as quickly as possible.
