Provides nutrition education and special foods which promote good health for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants, and/or children up to age five Services include: - Breastfeeding education - Health assessment including height, weight, and hemoglobin is performed - Referral to health care and other services - Vouchers given to participants to purchase nutritious foods
