Anyone 18 years or older who resides in a facility licensed by the Department of Health or Health and Human Services and/or any adult who is unable or unlikely to report abuse or neglect without assistance because of impairment of mental or physical function or emotional status in Lake County

After a report is made to the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center, the appropriate agency assesses the situation and takes necessary actions to ensure the immediate and long-term safety of the vulnerable adult.
