Financial assistance for rent payments and other special needs. Note: limited funding is available for all three counties and only available on a case by case basis; call for details. Reason to Smile: Low-cost dental services available to Dakota County residents Food shelf and clothing closet usage is limited to once a month. Clients shop from current inventory. Food distribution usage is limited to twice a month. Clients receive pre-selected food, usually, produce, but it may also include other items if available. In partnership with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Seasonal programs include Toy Shop; Family, Teen, and Kids Camps; Back to School Project; and Coats for Kids.
