Temporary emergency lodging for individuals and families who are homeless including: - Dinner - Sleeping accommodations - Light breakfast - Lunch - Showers - Guests must be assessed by the GRACE House Director or supervisor prior to acceptance at GRACE House - Guests will not be accepted after 8 pm - Overnight accommodations may be needed until assessment can be done - Day services available for registered guests - To volunteer please contact Grace House at (218)326-2790. Volunteer training is held the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:30 pm

Application process

- Call or walk in up until 8 pm, guests will not be accepted after 8 pm - Contact Program Director prior to 4 pm or site supervisor prior to 8 pm - Background checks done prior to the intake process

Application/interview by GRACE House Staff, Background Check Prefer referral from agency and ID required Picture ID

Eligibility

- Will serve homeless individuals over age 18 (Children accepted with a parent/guardian),have no crimes against children, felony assaults and domestic abuse convictions. - No admissions direct from hospital or emergency room

- No tolerance for drugs/alcohol/weapons; no one admitted directly from hospital or emergency room. No one admitted with crimes against children
- Provide dinner, overnight accommodations/showers, light breakfast, lunch and day center services
- Guests must be on the property by 8 pm unless documented employment or approved by the Director
