Day Support Services - Accord

Provides individuals individuals living with mental, physical and developmental disabilities interested in life skill activities that provide opportunities to connect in the community. Offers a wide array of experiences from courses in the music center or art room, to learning about human rights and advocacy classes.

Application process

Call or visit website for application; referral required - Acceptable payment methods will vary by service. Billing requirements will be explained at the time referral is provided. - Most services require medical assistance or government funded insurance. Some funding available for homeless individuals with mental illness who are not on medical assistance.

Required documents

Referral form; statement of mental illness by doctor or diagnostic assessment completed by mental health professional. Picture ID required for Shared Housing Program only.
