Description

Provides transportation services to older adults over the age of 65 by trained volunteers. Services include: - Door-to-door service - Individuals on Blue Plus or UCare with Medicaid benefits are eligible for rides - Transportation to older adults who are not on Medical Assistance. Transportation services include medical appointments. - Transportation to older adults who are on Medical Assistance. Medical appointments can be anywhere in Minnesota. Clients must be able to get in and out of the vehicle on their own. - Transportation is not wheelchair accessible
