Description

- Anger Management Group: Group members are taught to recognize situations or events that trigger anger and to utilize more effective approaches to managing anger. Approaches include assessment, self-monitoring, group therapy, psycho-education, role play, and relaxation techniques. Adults only. - Men's Therapy Group: Designed to produce desired behavior change, insight into oneself, and personal growth for participants - Women's Group: For women to examine self-esteem, assertiveness, parenting, depression, relationship issues, family of origin, work, identity issues, and guilt/shame issues
