Program Fees

  • No Fee
Plans and develops, with local partners, a variety of home and community-based services for older adults so that they can stay in their own homes and communities.
  • Provides technical assistance to local providers to develop and implement service delivery models in line with long-term care systems rebalancing, to ensure efficient and quality service, promote consumer choice, and maximize local resources.
  • Projects include improving dementia care, supporting older adults with chronic illness, caregiver support, and assisting municipalities to prepare for the aging of local communities
