Serves individuals with disabilities and older adults that are residents of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
Required documents
  • Food Shelf: Proof of special dietary needs from a physician or dietitian
  • Landlord/Tenant Disputes: Documentation required (notice to vacate, proof that individual owes rent, court documentation, etc.)

Program Fees

  • Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee
  • A food shelf is available to clients and assists individuals with special dietary needs on a case by case basis
  • Offers assistance to those facing landlord/tenant disputes. Does not provide financial assistance.
  • Paulsen Parents: Gathers stories and information on discrimination/denials of service regarding parenting with a disability. This program is available to parents with disabilities at no cost.
  • Publications and presentations on disability awareness
