The different departments of the City of Walnut Grove work hard to take care of the community. The following departments and services include: - City Maintenance: [email protected] - Parks and Recreation: Provides park facilities and programs to accommodate residents' and visitors' needs and interests. - Licence, Permits, and Fees: Land use permits, selling or soliciting permits, golf carts/ATV/UTV permits, dog and cat licenses. - Mayor and City Council: Member information - Sanitation and Recycling: Contracts with an outside waste management company, Southwest Sanitation for solid waste collection and West Central Sanitation for recycling. Everyone within the community is required to have garbage collection and all residential customers are required to have recycling collection. To set up garbage service, contact the City Clerk. - Water Utilities: Provides safe, high-quality water services to the community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.
