Helps refugees and immigrants prepare for and obtain employment to support themselves and their families. Services include:

- Client support, such as bus tickets, work clothes, and limited financial assistance for training

- Job development

- Job placement

- Job coaching

- Job clubs

- Pre-employment assessment and planning, including English ability evaluation, work history review, employability planning, and referrals to additional support services as needed
