Eligibility
- Residents of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties- Minnesota Youth Program (MYP): Youth age 14 - 21 who are residents of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties and meet income guidelines or are at-risk populations- Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP): Adults age 55 or older who are residents of Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties

Provides employment and training services including:- Assistance connecting to GED or high school completion programs- Career planning- Job search assistance- Job training opportunities- Minnesota Youth Program (MYP): Helps young people explore careers, create a career plan, and build job readiness skills- On-the-job training opportunities- Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP): Provides subsidized part-time community service employment and job training for eligible adults ages 55 and older, including job readiness, placement support, and skills development.- Services for dislocated workers through Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs- Skills assessment- Tuition assistance for training in a new career
