Eligibility
Household either owns or is purchasing an owner-occupied home in Renville County and has a qualifying income. Properties financed with Contract for Deeds and Mobile Homes do not qualify for financing. Real estate taxes must be up to date. Must have homeowners insurance.

- Photo id for notarization of mortgage

- Down payment loans are deferred.
- Home improvement loans are repayable at 0% interest over 5 years.
- Maximum loan is $6,000.
- Loans are a $1 for $1 match of other investment in the project.
