- Childbirth preparation education and doula support in labor and delivery

- Help to access medical and financial resources, schooling, job training, housing, child support, baby equipment

- Nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle education, mentorship programs, cooking classes

- Prenatal, postnatal and parenting education

- Public health nurse visits at myHealth, home, school or other site

- Individual case management

- Referrals to other health care services
