Offers an array of parks and recreational facilities:

• Bunker Hills Regional Park: CSAH 14/Main Street and Foley Boulevard in Coon Rapids provides a playground, biking, hiking, golf, camping, picnicking, disc golf, and cross-country skiing and ski rental. Bunker Hills Activities Center provides meeting and banquet facilities.

• Bunker Beach Water Park: 701 County Parkway A Coon Rapids, MN 55433 provides swimming and a sand volleyball court

• Coon Lake County Park: 5450 197th Avenue NE Columbus, MN 55092 provides a boat launch, fishing, a lake, picnic shelters, canoeing, hiking trails, a playground, volleyball and swimming beach

• Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park: 9750 Egret Boulevard Coon Rapids, MN 55433 provides cross-country skiing, picnicking, fishing, inline skating, boat launch, lake and bicycling. Coon Rapids Dam Visitors Center provides bike, GPS unit with virtual geocaching, cross-country ski and snowshoe rental; meeting facilities. • Manomin County Park: 6666 East River Road Fridley, MN 55432 provides a picnic gazebo and fishing. Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts provides classes in drawing, painting (oils, acrylics and watercolors), photography and more.

• Martin-Island Linwood Lakes Regional Park: 22480 Martin Lake Road NW Linwood Township, MN provides nature trails, a picnic area, beach, and group camp

• Mississippi West Regional Park: 13900 Traprock Street Ramsey, MN provides a boat launch

• Rapids Archery Club: 1255 133rd Avenue Andover, MN 55304 provides archery?

• Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park: 7401 Main Street Lino Lakes MN 55038 and provides Rice Creek Campground, Centerville Lake beach, picnic areas, boat launch facilities, biking and hiking trails, playgrounds, and a fishing pier

• Riverfront Regional Park: 5100 East River Road Fridley, MN 55421 provides trails and picnic pavilions. Riedel Farm Estate provides meeting space.

• Rum River Central Regional Park: 17955 Roanoke Street NW Ramsey, MN 55303 provides canoe camping, a picnic pavilion, horseback riding trails and cross country skiing trails

• Rum River North County Park: 23100 Rum River Boulevard Saint Francis, MN 55070 provides picnic pavilions, a playground, fishing pier, canoe camping and meeting facility

• Rum River South County Park: 3000 Ferry Street North Anoka, MN 55303 provides a picnic pavilion
