- Animal Control
- City patrol
- Crime victim and witness support
- Community Services: Reporting snow and ice on sidewalks, weeds and grass, garbage, solid waste disposal on properties, removal of junk vehicles, enforcement of parking restrictions, and sanitation issues
- D.A.R.E.: Officer-led, in-classroom anti-drug, anti-gang, and anti-violence program for school children
- Neighborhood Watch: Program designed to bring a neighborhood together to find ways to solve crime and problems that may be occurring in the neighborhood
