Provides mental health services such as: - Case management services - Mental health assessment for referrals to community mental health centers, outpatient treatment, residential treatment facilities, board and lodges, therapy referrals, and other resources - Prepetition screening for all individuals petitioned for civil commitments for a mental illness due to being a danger to themselves or others
