​Provides a safe, supportive, and personalized recovery path, combining medical oversight with community and family involvement. Most care plans include a combination of inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare services over 16 weeks. Services include:

- Inpatient treatment

- Outpatient Treatment: Screening, diagnosis, and care, including medication for substance use disorder treatment. Also connects individuals with community support programs and addiction recovery resources.

- Peer Recovery Support Services: Provides additional professional treatment and support along with local community resources.

Individuals can choose if they want their family members to be part of their recovery. If so, professionals can help the individual:

- Improve their relationships and ability to communicate

- Involve family members in treatment planning

- Reintegrate family contact
