Caroline Family Services Program - Theresa Living Center

Scattered site rapid re-housing program for low income, single-parent families who are homeless. Services include assistance in finding affordable housing, case management, and advocacy. Families usually consist of two or more dependent children (of any age), and program services are provided for up to two years.

Application process

Call United Way 211 for a pre-screen to access the Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). The pre-screen is provided by United Way 211 and is available 24 hours/7 days a week by dialing 211 or (651)291-0211. Information will then be forwarded to the Family Housing Assessment team who will meet with the families for a more detailed assessment. All openings are handled through this process.

Eligibility

Single-parent families who are homeless. Parents must be 18 years old or older. Serves residents of Ramsey County. Must be able to sign a lease with the landlord and have income for landlord approval with Theresa Living Centers subsidy.
