Provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services. Offer services such as: - A strengths-based and relationship-centered approach to services - Home visiting programs for pregnant mothers and children from birth - 2 years old in Lake and Saint Louis County - Principles designed to nurture healthy attachments between the parent and child - Support the family's needs from pregnancy through a child's third birthday
