Single point of contact for individuals and families with a short-term challenge or need, connecting them to viable community resources to help improve household stability. Provides information on resources to help with housing & utilities, transportation, food & basic needs, health & medical, children's needs, employment & education, and more. Provides information on specific guidelines of local resources and assist callers in accessing them in the proper order, with the proper documentation, paperwork, or requirements.

Intake is via phone, lasting approximately 15-20 minutes, staff is able to connect callers with local resources that they qualify for

Households experiencing a short-term financial crisis or other difficult family situation who live in the Brainerd Lakes area who are seeking assistance in connecting to resources
