Description
Provides a safe place for the exchange of and visitation of children by and between custodial and noncustodial parents while monitoring and maintaining safety for all participants. Parents can use the place for visitations and exchanges, but at different times, and must complete all necessary orientation paperwork. In most cases, parents who are court-ordered can use the center or be referred through other legal action. Some families may self-refer. The types of situations that may require the use of the center include parents involved in: - Divorcing parents who have a conflict - Domestic violence - Harassment Orders - Orders For Protection
