Eligibility
Individuals living in or having a family law case in Hennepin County who meet income requirements; household income below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
Required documents
All documents pertaining to legal issue including any paperwork received concerning the case
and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all persons involved. Preparing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney.

Full representation in Hennepin County family court in divorces, physical custody, adoption, and limited other cases. Cases are screened for merit. No full representation offered in child support, parenting time, or OFP cases (but phone advice is offered).
There is a waiting list for clients wishing to initiate a divorce action.
