Caregiver and Eldercare Program - CAPI USA

Encourages independent living for elderly refugees by empowering their caregivers. CAPI works with caregivers who provide for their elderly relatives, serving as a resource to help with economic, social, and medical difficulties often associated with caring for their loved ones. Services include: - Educational caregiver workshops on stress relief, legal, and financial services - Information, resources, referral, and support services - Monthly caregiver support group - Personal Care Assistant skill building and training

Primarily Hmong adults who are residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties and are caregivers for elderly or disabled relatives
